Low-foaming surfactant C-200

Generally used for foam-free or low-foam industrial cleaning, such as metal surface cleaners, metal degreasers, bottle washers, glass cleaners, plastic cleaners, etc. The most common typical applications include spray cleaners, spray degreasers, high-pressure water rinse additives, ultrasonic cleaners, etc.
Main features and uses:
1. Suitable for spray cleaning above 10°C, with low and stable foam, strong degreasing power, acid and alkali resistance, meeting the requirements of spray degreasing cleaning under common pressures.
2. Mixed ionic surfactant with advanced silicone-free self-defoaming and self-foam-inhibiting properties, and ultra-strong degreasing and soil-dissolving capabilities.
3. Excellent rinsability, compatibility, wetting, and emulsifying properties, with superior oil and grease removal efficiency and durability for various types of oil stains.
4. Mild and fresh scent.
5. Strong resistance to hard water and heavy metals, adaptable to a wide pH range.
6. When combined with conventional additives (soda ash, sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, STPP, caustic soda flakes, trisodium phosphate, etc.), it forms high-quality degreasing powders and cleaners, meeting the requirements of various room-temperature spray oil removal cleaning production lines.
7. Special reminder: Designed without compromising cleaning quality, this product initially shows higher foam height in direct foam tests. However, as temperature increases, during production, or after standing for a while, the foam significantly reduces. Expert recommendation: For formulating degreasing powders (oil removal powders), the recommended dosage is 1–8%. Combining with C-201 yields better results for liquid cleaners.

2. Store in a cool, ventilated place. Handle and transport as a general chemical.
